Sometimes in life we may experience emotions that we do not understand. We may feel as if our life is at a crossroads, a sense that life lacks direction, and struggling to cope with the life we have; our identity and who we are brought into question. We may have experienced losing a loved one and struggling to cope with the grief of that loss. During these times, we may be feeling stressed, anxious or depressed, feelings which can be confusing and make us feel deeply unhappy.

Counselling can help to bring clarity to that confusion and allow for space to feel less overwhelmed by our problems.

Knowing that there is someone out there who can help to bring a sense of understanding may provide reassurance to enable you to move forward with your life and empower yourself.

Working together we can identify your sense of negative thinking and feelings and work on ways that may open your life to new possibilities.
